Junior Sous Chef

We’re looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade at a prestigious Central London private members’ club, working with exceptional seasonal produce and delivering consistently high standards for a discerning membership.

You’ll work closely with an experienced senior team, taking ownership of your section, supporting junior chefs and helping drive smooth, high-quality services.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
• Comes from fine dining, 5-star hotels, luxury restaurants or private members’ clubs
• Has strong classical foundations and excellent attention to detail
• Is confident leading a section and developing junior chefs
• Is passionate about quality produce and high-level cooking
• Wants to build their career within a prestigious, established operation

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Location: Central London

Full-time, permanent
