Social Care IDVA – Domestic Violence Advocate (Hybrid)

Advance is seeking a Social Care IDVA to support women affected by domestic abuse in Westminster and Hammersmith. The role combines face‑to‑face and telephone advocacy, with some home working, and demands deep knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and housing and welfare rights.

You will work with Social Workers to coordinate responses and deliver training across teams. The post requires experience in domestic violence advocacy, handling complex needs, and a strong partnership approach.
