Search Consultancy is recruiting multiple Customer Administrators to join a busy, growing team within a leading Financial Services organisation in South Gyle.

What you’ll do
Process customer and adviser requests using internal systems and investment platforms.
Meet deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy at every stage.
Investigate queries, resolve issues and work with internal teams.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
Identify process improvements and streamline administration.
Manage competing priorities while delivering excellent service.
What we’re looking for
Experience in administration, back-office processing or customer operations.
Ability to work to targets, deadlines and SLAs.
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow procedures.
Financial Services experience is desirable, not essential. Knowledge of ISAs, SIPPs, bonds or investment administration is an advantage.
