Family Support & SEMH Safeguarding Lead

Elements Academy is seeking a Family Support Manager to promote student mental health and wellbeing through SEMH interventions. You will work one-to-one or in small groups, supporting pupils with SEMH needs and contributing to safeguarding across the school.

You will act as Senior DDSL alongside the DSL and other DDSLs, taking responsibility for safeguarding pupils, staff and visitors by implementing effective policies and procedures. DBS checks and references are required.
