Pupil Support & Safeguarding Lead

St. Mary Cray Primary Academy is recruiting a Pupil Support Lead on a fixed-term maternity contract. The role is 28.8 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a salary of £25,535–£26,917 (£37,262–£39,278 FTE).

The post involves safeguarding leadership, liaison with external partners, and pastoral support to staff and pupils. You will work with the senior leadership team to deliver safeguarding operationally and lead CAFs, supporting LAC pupils and attending multi-agency meetings.
