School Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor

Budbrooke Primary School is seeking a part-time caretaker for 25 hours per week, with hours negotiable at interview. You will maintain heating systems, security, and the overall appearance of the buildings and grounds, planning your own work with minimal supervision.

You will operate heating plant, report faults, monitor CCTV, and perform cleaning, minor repairs, decorating, and porterage duties as required. Risk assessments, COSHH, and fire evacuation procedures may also be part of the role.
