We are working with a growing accountancy practice who are looking for a Client Manager to join their team. This is a key role within the firm, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, a strong client portfolio, and genuine progression opportunities.
The Opportunity
This position suits someone who enjoys managing client relationships while delivering high-quality accounts, tax, and advisory work. You’ll be the main point of contact for a diverse client base and will play an important part in supporting the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Managing your own portfolio of clients
Reviewing year-end accounts, tax returns, and management accounts
Providing advice to clients on accounting, tax, and business matters
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting junior team members with training and review work
Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
Identifying opportunities to add value or improve client processes
About You
Strong experience within an accountancy practice
Qualified ACA, ACCA, or QBE with solid experience
Confident managing client relationships
Good technical knowledge across accounts and tax
Able to review work prepared by others
Comfortable working independently and supporting a wider team
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
