What youll be doing
- Shaping projects from the very start in the Discovery Phase, defining scope, objectives, risks, constraints and timelines
- Owning project plans, milestones, resource allocation and risk logs
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and align everyone on clear, shared outcomes
- Leading agile ceremonies and championing agile ways of working across the organisation
- Spotting opportunities to improve processes, team dynamics and delivery outcomes
- Building strong relationships with your team, stakeholders and customers through open, high-quality communication
What theyre looking for
- 6 months+ experience in project management, ideally in an Agile environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Most importantly, ambition, energy and a real appetite to grow
