Valuation Surveyor (RICS) – North West

Avison Young in Manchester, part of the national Valuation team, is seeking an experienced valuer who provides loan security, acquisition, disposal and asset valuations. Day-to-day you will report to Directors in Liverpool and Manchester and work with a larger North West valuation team.

The role emphasizes building your own client contacts, adhering to RICS Red Book standards, and developing the North West valuation business while delivering high-quality reports under tight deadlines.
