Filling Operator – Food Production (Shift, Nights/Weekends)

Alpro is seeking a Filling Operator for our Kettering site. You will maintain the production process, ensure safety and quality, and manage line operations across shifts, including nights and weekends.

The role requires GCSE or equivalent, fluent written and spoken English, and experience in a food manufacturing environment. IT systems knowledge (MS Office) and allergen awareness are essential.
