Babcock’s Cavendish Nuclear Civil and Structural Engineering Graduate Programme is a two-year scheme with rotations across naval and nuclear infrastructure. As a graduate you’ll contribute to high-profile projects, learning structural assessments, design documentation and on-site support.
From day one you’ll get structured training and mentorship to progress toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, with a starting salary of £35,000.
