Mortgage Advisor – High-Volume Leads, Strong OTE

James & Partners in Norwich is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join its established mortgage division. You will provide expert mortgage advice to customers introduced through the estate agency network and focus on advising, writing business, and managing your pipeline.

Expect around five appointments per day and strong lead flow from the branch network. The role offers a Circa £35,000 basic salary with tiered commissions and a realistic £70,000–£100,000 OTE for high performers.
