About you
- Highly experienced finance professional with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong technical accounting skills, with experience in financial control and management reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and finance preferred
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
What you’ll do
- Lead the financial management of the hospitality business, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts and insightful financial analysis
- Support the operational teams with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to meet revenue and profit targets
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls, overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, receivable, and compliance
- Act as a trusted business partner to the General Manager and management team, providing ongoing financial insight into performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and departmental profitability
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
