Quantity Surveyor – Growth, Cost Control & Valuation

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Middlesbrough team on a permanent basis. You will report to the Commercial Manager and work with project teams to ensure governance, control expenditure, and deliver value to the customer.

You will lead site measurements, progress reporting, cost accruals, valuations, invoicing, and subcontractor management, contributing to the company’s financial objectives and service excellence.
