SEND Teaching Assistant — Transform Learning & Confidence

Ethos Education in Addlestone is seeking a SEND teaching assistant for a long-term placement at a local school. You’ll work one-to-one or in small groups, supporting pupils with SEND to access learning and participate in class activities.

This hands-on role focuses on building relationships, understanding how pupils learn best, and developing strategies to boost confidence, independence and resilience. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and SEND teams.
