Floating Support Worker – Domestic Abuse Refuge (Hybrid)

Refuge is seeking a Floating Support Worker to join our Warwickshire service. The role involves providing practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living in dispersed refuge accommodation, with a caseload from crisis to move-on.

You will work in a hybrid model across staff offices, dispersed accommodation and occasional home working, collaborating with partners to meet housing, welfare, benefits and legal needs, and participate in an on-call rota.
