Property Refurbishment Project Coordinator

Creative Support in Stockport is seeking a Property Refurbishment Co-ordinator to join the Property Services Team at Head Office. The role involves coordinating refurbishment projects, urgent repairs and reconfigurations while ensuring quality post-work sign-off.

You will inspect properties, plan schedules of works, and work with contractors and internal staff. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with car allowance or company car options available.
