Pensions Technical Training Lead

Hymans Robertson is seeking a Technical Training Consultant within the TPA Technical Training Team. The role focuses on strengthening technical capability across Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and CARE pensions, delivering training, mentoring colleagues, and updating materials to reflect regulatory changes.

You will liaise with Pension Admin teams and project teams to ensure high-quality training, using Aspire and SharePoint for learning delivery, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
