Customer-Focused Store Assistant — Growth Path

Toolstation in Newmarket is hiring a Store Assistant for the weekends, roughly 12 hours. You will greet customers, help them find what they need, and support deliveries and stock, keeping shelves tidy.

The role requires early starts and late finishes due to store hours (7 AM–8 PM). You’ll be the friendly face of our fast-paced, employee-focused retailer, with opportunities to grow from within as many managers started in entry roles.

No prior retail experience is required; we will train you.
