About you:
- Experienced project or programme management professional with a background in construction, building services, or maintenance
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent planning, organisation, and risk management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction regulations
- Relevant degree or qualification in Building Services, Surveying, or Project Management
What you’ll do:
- Lead the technical management and delivery of lifecycle and capital projects valued at approximately €3-€4 million annually
- Develop and maintain detailed programme schedules aligned with budgets and timelines
- Manage procurement, contracts, and supplier relationships effectively
- Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with safety standards
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
