Talent Attraction & Recruitment Advisor

NHS Orkney is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our busy People Services team. Based at The Balfour, this fixed‑term or secondment post supports recruitment and agency staffing, coordinates pre‑employment checks, and prepares adverts, offers and contracts.

The role is hybrid, requires on‑site work, and full‑time 36 hours per week. You should have an HNC in Business/HR or equivalent, with training provided. Salary Band 4 is £31,537–£34,303 plus a Distant Islands Allowance.
