SVP, Product Owner, Transfer Agency Investor Experience

Overview

In this role you will own the strategy and delivery of Transfer Agency Investor Experience capabilities, focusing on investor-facing digital channels to boost satisfaction and adoption. You’ll collaborate with business, operations, design, technology and clients to shape priorities across the investor journey. As Product Owner, you translate needs into clear requirements, guide agile delivery, and optimize outcomes. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital experiences and leverage data and AI insights to drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps and delivery for investor experience features across digital channels
• Serve as Product Owner for key investor experience products, balancing investor, client, risk and regulatory needs
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs within Agile
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, UX/design, product specialists, operations) to deliver secure, accessible experiences
• Use investor feedback, service metrics and analytics, plus AI insights to identify friction points and opportunities
• Influence stakeholders and align priorities with regulatory and brand standards
• Monitor dependencies, risks and ensure alignment with end-to-end investor journey
• Drive adoption and ongoing optimization of products and capabilities

Key requirements

• Senior product, digital or technology leadership experience
• Product Owner or Product Manager background with delivering digital products in Agile
• Experience in investor servicing lifecycle or Transfer Agency is preferred
• Experience with consumer-facing technology (web portals, onboarding, self-service)
• Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
• Experience applying AI in product development is desirable
