Personal Assistant(Ref: DP/LN29)Location: BirchwoodPay: £13.45 per hourHours: 6 hours per week (currently 2 hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, with some flexibility)About the RoleA client with anxiety, depression, and past trauma is seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant to provide practical and emotional support. The role focuses on encouraging independence, building confidence, and supporting daily routines at home and in the community.Key Duties· Prompting and encouraging medication management.· Supporting with shopping and community access.· Encouraging participation in activities outside the home.· Providing support with household tasks, including laundry and organisation.· Helping to establish routines and build confidence with everyday activities.About YouYou should be:· Reliable, patient, and trustworthy.· Non-judgemental and understanding of mental health challenges.· Comfortable supporting someone who experiences anxiety and self-harm.· Encouraging, with a gentle and respectful approach.Additional InformationA driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial.
