Job Description:
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust Community Children’s Nursing team in Greenwich delivers high quality care to children aged 0–19 with complex health needs in home and community settings. The Continuing Care Assistant works with the team to provide direct clinical care according to individual care plans.
Training and supervision are provided by the Clinical Skills Nurse, with nursing support delegated as required.
