Resident Experience & Property Services Lead

Savills seeks a Resident Services Manager for The Cargo Building to lead the Resident Service Assistants and deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents. You will report to the General Manager and drive operational excellence across leasing, health and safety, and community engagement.

Key duties include day-to-day management, repairs coordination, mentoring the RSA team, planning resident events, and providing timely reports to the GM and client.
