Port Operations Admin & Logistics Coordinator

HEYSHAM PORT LTD is recruiting a Commercial Assistant for their Glasgow operations at King George V Dock. You will provide admin support across Port Operations, Engineering, and Management, coordinating office activities and supporting procurement and payroll processes.

You will manage supplies, records, meetings, and travel arrangements, and help with customer billing and site access administration. Occasional weighsbridge support may be required to assist with broader port operations.
