Job Description:
Cardo Group in Pembrokeshire is recruiting a Ground Worker for a full-time permanent role, supporting site preparation, landscaping, and general labour across maintenance projects for social housing and public sector buildings.
You will lay paths and footings, trench for utilities, operate basic tools and light machinery, and keep a clean, safe worksite. A Level 2 NVQ in Groundwork is desirable; strong teamwork and physical fitness are essential.
