Surgical Practice Educator & Clinical Skills Coach

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two full-time Clinical Trainer roles based at Luton and Bedford. The posts support nurses, nursing associates and CSWs through 1:1 teaching, clinical supervision and pastoral support, bridging knowledge gaps and developing staff across surgical wards.

You will work under the Surgical Practice Development Nurse and contribute to high-quality patient care.
