Job Description:
Chesterfield County Government’s Mental Health Support Services seeks a Leisure Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in day program activities, skills training, and community integration. This role emphasizes relationship-building and safe, engaging activities.
You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., using electronic health records, coordinating with a team, and contributing to individual service plans. A driver’s license and background checks are required.
