Job Description:
The Bishop of Winchester Academy is seeking an English Tutor and Reading Intervention Specialist to help pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4 improve reading fluency and comprehension through targeted one-to-one and small-group sessions.
You’ll work with the English department to identify learners’ needs, plan engaging sessions, monitor progress and report outcomes, and contribute to a literacy strategy in a supportive Church of England school with strong community links.
