CAMHS Crisis Care Practitioner – Mental Health

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Oldham is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join the CAMHS Crisis Team. The role involves assessment, brief therapy, and signposting for young people in crisis across the Pennine Care footprint.

The post is based at Forrest House, Royal Oldham Hospital, with travel across the footprint. You will work with nurses, social workers and occupational therapists in a dynamic, supportive team.
