Stadium Kitchen Manager: Lead Back-of-House for Major Events

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Kitchen Manager for London Stadium in Stratford, East London. Lead the back-of-house across stadium kitchens, coordinating staffing, equipment, and stock for matchdays and major events.

You will manage budgets, monitor stock levels, forecast spend, and work with Head/Sous Chefs to ensure kitchens are ready for service while maintaining safety and food hygiene standards.
