About you:
- Proven experience in HR advising, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in handling employee relations and HR processes
What you’ll do:
- Provide confidential HR support across all functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, and HR projects
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis and facilitating onboarding programmes
- Manage employee engagement activities, including surveys, awards, and recognition schemes
- Assist in recruitment activities and conduct disciplinary, grievance, and capability meetings as necessary
