Domestic Abuse Refuge Worker

Hestia is seeking a Refuge Worker to provide intensive, person-centred support to women in a residential setting within our Domestic Abuse Service in Brent. You will co-produce Support and Safety Plans with residents and offer guidance on safety, housing, and independent living, while liaising with statutory bodies on safeguarding matters.

The role involves delivering key sessions, community meetings, and daily contact to assess needs, with an emphasis on empowering residents through workshops
