Overview

In this role, you will support the Professional Indemnity Claims team by delivering strategic, technical claims advice to major international clients. You will work closely with overseas offices and peers to guide complex insurance claims and advocate with insurers on behalf of Marsh clients. The position emphasizes client relationship-building, market knowledge, and contributing to winning and retaining key accounts. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international professional indemnity clients and colleagues to provide strategic and tactical claims guidance
• Guide large clients through complex insurance claims under professional indemnity policies
• Advocate on behalf of Marsh clients with insurers on claims
• Contribute to client retention and service delivery as part of the wider team
• Demonstrate technical ability and market knowledge to build client relationships
• Support the team by feeding claims intelligence to product development colleagues
