Catering Operations Manager: Lead Team & Seasonal Menus

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to lead contract catering teams and drive seasonal menu development for the site and events. You will ensure service aligns with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will train staff, recruit as needed, manage budgets, build vendor relationships, and oversee compliance with safety standards. The role is based on-site in Ipswich with early shifts 7am–3:30pm.
