Electro-Mechanical Assembler – Temp to Perm, Cleanroom

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Assembler in Ferndown, offering a temp-to-perm route in a clean, air-conditioned environment. You will assemble and test electro-mechanical components, perform safety tests and calibration, and manage packaging and labelling for consumables and reagents.

The role includes processing orders via ERP, cycle counting, and contributing to lean manufacturing improvements. Prior light assembly, kitting, packing, and familiarity with MRP/ERP are valued.
