Frontline Family Hub Advisor – Help Families Access Support

Walsall Council invites applications for Customer Service Advisors for the Best Start Family Hubs. This frontline role is the first point of contact for families, carers and visitors, delivering information, signposting and a welcoming service.

Working across Family Hub locations on site, you will support referrals, digital access, and maintain records while contributing to early intervention and prevention through excellent customer service.
