Store Manager Designate – Lead & Grow Kent Stores

Vision Express is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Kent. The role starts in the Dover store on a maternity cover, with progression to broader Kent-area store leadership. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive sales and customer care, and ensure store operations and standards are met.

The role offers exposure to multiple store environments and the chance to build leadership experience across Kent while preparing for future Store Manager positions.
