Term-Time Chef Manager — Lead School Kitchen & Team

Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager for Southam College in Southam. The role is term-time only with no weekends, offering 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday at £16.50 per hour.

You will lead food preparation, presentation and service, while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, budgeting, and staff supervision, acting as the main client contact to drive improvements and meet KPIs.
