EMEA Benefits Lead: Strategy, Compliance & HR Partnerships

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking a Lead for Benefits in the EMEA region to oversee daily benefits administration and communications for medical, life, retirement and related programs.

You will partner with brokers, maintain country-specific documentation, and support HR leadership on benefit-related initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office tools; Workday is preferred.
