Overview

In this senior Employment role, you will drive the Bristol practice within a nationally connected Employment team. You’ll shape and lead the local offering, leveraging established client relationships and cross‑practice collaboration. You will tackle complex, strategic matters and mentor others, contributing to the firm’s growth in the South West. The role combines leadership with high‑level technical work in a collaborative, forward‑thinking culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Bristol Employment practice and local offering
• Manage and supervise complex and strategic employment matters
• Collaborate with national teams and other service lines (corporate, HR, investigations, incentives)
• Engage with clients to provide high‑value, commercial guidance
• Develop people and contribute to practice growth in the South West

Key requirements

• UK-qualified solicitor
• at least 10 years’ PQE in Employment law
• proven experience handling complex and strategic matters
• strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
