Building Safety Lead – High-Rise Fire Compliance

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Safety Manager to lead a high-profile private sector programme in London. You will review EWS data, develop risk-based inspection plans and coordinate with enforcement officers, MHCLG, the Fire Service and building owners to drive remediation.

This interim role is predominantly on-site in Southwark with three days on-site and two days office-based, offering a day rate of £400-£450 (umbrella) and up to £500 for an exceptional candidate.
