Retail Customer Assistant — Flexible Shifts & 10% Discount

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our busy store team. You’ll help customers, restock shelves, process deliveries, and keep the shop clean and welcoming, delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role offers competitive pay (£14.80–£15.30 per hour), AM and PM shifts on a 30–40 hour contract, and a benefits package including 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme.
