Head of Product – Beauty & Personal Care Innovation

Avenir Collective is seeking a Head of Product to lead the end-to-end product strategy, innovation and lifecycle management across its beauty, personal care and lifestyle brands in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial setting.

Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, you will own the innovation roadmap, governance, and supplier partnerships while partnering with Brand Managers to translate consumer insights into market-leading portfolios.
