Reed is seeking a Technical Case Support Specialist (Level 1) at Millbrook to be the first point of contact for dealer technical support across the UK network. You will manage technical cases, assist with vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding, support field engineers, warranty and customer care teams, and contribute to product quality improvements.
