Due to growth and internal promotions, the company are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Bid Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire bid process, from initial identification of opportunities to bid submission.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant information for bid proposals.
• Analyse project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction bid management.
