Campus Recruiting Analyst/Associate

Overview

Join Millennium as a Campus Recruiting Analyst/Associate to drive university hiring across EMEA. You will partner with hiring managers to shape campus recruitment strategies, manage pipelines, and oversee internships from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll plan events and strengthen Millennium’s university presence, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience. This role offers exposure to a fast‑paced, collaborative HR environment with a focus on attracting top talent for the firm’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for undergraduate and graduate candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build robust talent pipelines
• Develop and execute university recruitment strategies across EMEA (London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, Paris, Switzerland)
• Coordinate with managers on recruitment processes and internship programs
• Plan and deliver on-campus and in-house recruiting events
• Build relationships with candidates and new hires for a seamless experience
• Support planning and management of the internship program across multiple phases
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and candidates, addressing challenges with practical solutions

Key requirements

• Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and university hiring processes
• Prior campus or university recruiting experience; financial services experience is a plus
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong talent attraction and candidate engagement capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity
