Ego, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen inspired by Mediterranean flavours across our premium pubs and restaurants. You will guide a team, ensuring the kitchen operates to the highest standards and delivers memorable guest experiences.

You will train and develop your team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, manage ordering, prep and stock, and ensure strict health and hygiene compliance while working with a branded menu across diverse sites.
