Leaving Care Pathway Advisor – Social Work

Salford Council invites applications for a Leaving care Next Step Pathway Advisor. The role is full-time (36 hours) with an ASYE starting salary from £36,363 to £47,665, dependent on experience. The post involves formulating pathway plans for care leavers aged 16+ and promoting positive practice across safeguarding teams.

You will join the Next Step Team, work with young people in budgeting, accommodation, education and employment, and participate in duty activities within Salford.
